What is the interval of the stats dump? It has been about 17 hours since this post and the last stats update ....not sure automatic is working...

should be 6 hours for stats update and export. i'll check to see the last time it ran -- i put things in the crontab like i was told would work, but it might not be.

we were having a problem with the crontab not being able to run the start script. i think we just fixed it so let me know if it's updating automatically tomorrow :)

Well we got 1 or 2 automatic updates and now it hasn't updated in about 14 hrs. :( Especially that you made it front page news that it was working!

it looks like things aren't running quite right. i've been checking in on it and sometimes things haven't ran when they're supposed to. i'm going to keep watching it for the next couple days and email our labstaff and see what we can do to fix it :) we're getting there at least *lol*

Travis-It looks like it puts out stats 3 times a day about 6 hrs apart and is missing the 1 that is just been due regularly.

Travis-If you intended on updates 6 hours apart (4 in 24 hours) its not happening.
Most times its twice a day and sometimes 3 a day but never 4.

When you find the time can someone look at this please?

yeah we'll take a look. we have our server set up to do it every 6 hours but for some reason it's pretty finnicky. i'll put it on the to-do list. i'm working with our new students right now and getting them set up, so hopefully we'll be crunching through the bugs a lot more quickly :)
