Hello,
Recently i have been receiving wus named as separation tests. I dont think that they are part of the new nbody wus (only for cpu right?), so what are they?

Right. I got one of those, too. I don't know what they are for and a search of the forums doesn't seem to turn up any information about them. Are they just the same as the other WU's but with a different name or is there something else different about them? Do we win a prize if we complete one? :-)

No info on this app at all? I get nearly a 60/40 split of regular WU to the "separation" WU.
A little info would be appreciated.

'Separation' WUs are the original MW project WUs. We are not abandoning the old project (fitting tidal streams in the galactic halo), we are simply adding the nbody simulations to our 'bag of tricks'.

Due to an internal naming inconsistency, 'separation' will probably be renamed 'stream integrator' (or variation thereof) in the near future. It is the same code, just renamed so that there is no (internal) confusion.

Cheers,
Matthew
