My searching on Ebay only reveals 1 card in full hight AGP that will do MW(saphire ATI HD3850). Anyone know of any 1/2 hight AGP cards or full size PCI (not PCI-e) cards that will do the trick? I have 2 Dell's that have the 1/2 hight AGP that also have 2 full size PCI slots. I also have 1 Dell with just a full size PCI and 1-Sony with a full size AGP that is currently running Collatz (useless?) on a ATI HD2400. I am running CPU apps but want to put these machines to work on GPU apps.

Try PMing Chris_S as he has 4 redundant HD3850 AGP graphics cards that used to crunch Milkyway. I am not sure if any of them meet your need for a half height card, but you can only ask.

I've been in touch John, but probably wasn't much help to him. He only has 1 machine that might run a full height 3850 AGP card, which is what he will be limited to. I've also reminded him that his PSU might need upgrading as well.

These days that level of crunching just isn't cost effective any more which is why I've permanently shut down over 50% of my machines. The money is much better off in my USA travel fund than over at the electricity company's bank.

Thanks for the help John. Chris has been so kind as to hook me up with one of his 3850's and I will get it up and crunching soon.
