Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to get work units to crunch and notice that when there are many available, none seem to be for CPU-based crunching - Hence my question in the thread title...

Can anyone advise, please?

(I'm aware that Travis and others have been busy implementing and deploying for a new algorithm.)

Thanks in advance,

Ged

On serverstatus there is only a very low amount of WUs available. so it is possible that some users cant get units to calculate. same on the gpu side. Work generator is stopped ;)

Read the News thread, it says power outage causing some computers to be down, specifically the work generation ones!

Thanks, Mikey - I'd asked my question a good while before Travis's news item about the power and consequential jump server (SSH acces et al) outages - I appreciate your response, nonetheless.

Yeah, sorry about the problems over the last couple of days. I'm still testing new server side daemons, and then to complicate matters RPI decided that they needed to have power outages for all our machines making access to them rather difficult. So hopefully everyone bears with us as we smooth out the kinks with the new server side stuff.
