I can burn through them in 20-30 minutes, which is weird. I had this same issue with a different set of tasks earlier this year. i'm using boinc 7.0.28 with xp and using a quad core. They all validate for you... and the run times according to your task page are more like 2 hours... don't see anything wrong with them, at least not in your case.
