I've upgraded to a newer ATI HD 6770 graphics card but my computer info still shows a 57xx card. How can I update the computer info? I'm not crunching with the card if that makes any difference. This computer |

I've upgraded to a newer ATI HD 6770 graphics card but my computer info still shows a 57xx card. I'm not sure there's anything to update, the HD 6770 is identical with HD 5770, see Evergreen and Northern Islands (scroll down to chipset tables). Sorry to tell you that, but as it looks like, you didn't upgrade anything, just spend some money. |

I actually upgraded from a HD 3870 card... I combined computers in the list when I upgrade the motherboard and moved the processor to the new board. It was showing up as a 67xx card before I combined the systems. |

I see... Was it showing 67xx in BOINC? Because "Juniper" are actually always shown as 5700 series in BOINC, i.e. what they actually are, even if there's another sticker on them (67x0 or 58x0M or whatever else name AMD found for them). |

It was showing as a 67xx in Boinc until I merged the comptuers and then it went down. Not a big deal. I don't use it to process anyway, just wnated it to show the correct graphics. Thanks for the response. |
