Hello,

Today I downloaded BOINC 7.0.40 which finally detects the Intel GPU (Mine being an HD 4000).

As you can see above, the Intel GPU is being detected as an OpenCL card.

when requesting tasks It says the following:

So the question is, will we see an Intel GPU application soon? Maybe for testing?

I don't understand this post. I've been using ATI HD3000, HD4000, and HD5000 series cards here for 3 years?

He's asking if milkyway will support Intel GPUs as now BOINC can detect them (although it says ATI GPU where the Intel one gets detected)

He is talking about Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM and the integrated graphic detected by BOINC 7.0.40.
Sounds Boinc versions before this did not detect it.

Not built in they didn't, you had to install the Mb drivers then the gpu drivers and it was all a pain, NOW Boinc itself sees them!
