My MilkyWay tasks have been suspended by the client for two days.the reason give is something like "on batteries only". This is incorrect as my computer has been plugged in to a surge protector, how can I reset my MilkyWay tasks so they will run again?
Thank you!

Check your battery status, is it discharging, if not then unplug the wire and plug it right back in again and see if the units pick back up again. If that doesn't work you can always change it to ignore the plugged in/not plugged in status altogether.

Thank you! I did what you suggested: unplugged/plugged in and it is working just fine now.

Somethings they just get confused for some reason, kind of like why rebooting often works to fix things.
