Why won't MilkyWay request new tasks?

I see you are STILL cold and shoveling my friend!! I feel sorry for you, it was in the 80's and even low 90's at my place the other day! We even set a new record high at 92F for the day!! Today it will only get up to the high 60's, but NO snow and NO cold like you have is a GOOD THING!!!
