Since last night many of us had systems sitting and spinning at nothing because a wu "hung" and prevented more downloads. With either expanded wu size or larger caches allowed there would be more of a buffer during a problem. There are a few people like Mitch that have fairly massive pharms that can chew up wu's like candy. For an investment like that to sit idol is a problem that runs them away from projects.
