RAM is not an issue. (still more then half of it un-used and no swap being touched at any point, allocating more did not help). Physical CPU is AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor Issue: Job claims to be running 6 CPUs, but never uses more then one. Ran the job for 52 hours+ and it never showed a sign of giving an estimated time of completion.
