I'm looking at "Estimated app speed" in properties and its around 600-650 GFLOP/s. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also AMD's website says that the 7970 can do "3.79 TFLOPS Single Precision compute power" so how come its only doing GFLOPS and not TFLOPS? Anyone able to shine some light on that?

Found out about this the other day when I was watching SCI. If you look at http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7970/Pages/radeon-7970.aspx#3 it shows that the 7970 is able to do 947 GFLOPS Double Precision compute power but when I click on properties for the task that's using the card it shows a number between 625-640 GFLOPs/sec. Should it be 947 GFLOPs/sec or closer then what I'm getting now?
