Hi Boinc users,
I am a nooddle freak! I used to be a pasta lover, but my wife turned me into that psycho-udon-eater I am now.
What ever nooddles, pasta, raamen, soba, kishimen, udon, I love them all. But as you can see, those nooddles are mainly japanese ones.
What are udon?
Where can you have good ones? In Shikoku for example.
But this is not the only place. And if you are in Japan, close to Nagoya, you should go to Tajimi city in Gifu Pref. and look for Sunaha (Tel: 0572-23-8785), and ask for umekoro, my favorite! Also try tendon!
