Not really ;) There were times when it was worse than that(someone forgot to turn of debug mode).

I think it's due some debug code running on the server. I guess it's the validator or wu generator... usually those two in debug mode will bring the server to it's knees...

The site is still VERY SLOW, I'm getting "servers may be temporarily down" message quite regularly now. Why not use the GPU SITE that was set up just for this purpose????? You guessed right when you said the server may be at its limits with Cuda, ATI and CPU all trying to connect at the same time, I think it would help a LOT. This would make it possible to run CPU opp apps and Cuda at the same time, something I am unable to do now.
;-p

So maybe we should stop posting to release the burden on the server? ;-)

Maybe we should also stop crunching ;) that should speed the web site up! LOL

It looks as though it got slow again just as CP released v0.20 and more people installed it. 30% speed up on wu turn around should have an impact.

Wow just like B4 I haven't had to use the "update" button in a long time, but I had to this morning. It took at least half a dozen tries B4 I got through and my WUs downloaded. I think MW-GPU should be a serious thought now? Travis has stated he didnt think he could get much more out of the server, maybe its time to split the work??

There was over an hour I couldn't get anything to load. I wondered if the server went off. (suppose not now)

No money, no new server, no fix ...

Send some cash and maybe they can fix it ...

I remember a few users offering to send the parts for another server or upgrade this one.
