Amount of concurrent blocks(NVIDIA GPUs Only)
Higher values lead to shorter completion times at the expense of interface lag (1 .. 50000, default is 128)

Mine is a GTX 260 and my default is 128,would raising the number of blocks make the completion time for my GPU go faster?
