Scores not updating/team gone

Over the last 48 hours my account has decided that I'm not in a team and my score on Boincstats and freeDC (and others) have stopped updating. As far as I am aware I have not altered any settings.Also on the top right of my account page there are three rows saying database error. I'm sure there must be one of you that knows what to do.
