Double precision: CAL_TRUE
Compute shader: CAL_FALSE

I think the message above is a clue ? If this is an 3850 AGP card you may need to run the CCC Hotfix version.

Did this. The Hofix version is installed.
Strange though why the program would run for 10 minutes with progress bar changing if he doesn't find a compute shader?
I'm not using compute shader for the sake of capability of with 38xx cards; it's using pixel shader mode.

Now did a rollback of BOINC to 6.10.58 because of this

LoadLibraryA( F:\BOINC\Program\\version.dll ): GetLastError = 126

also didn't help. Btw Collatz currently runs without problems on this host.

Is it possible that the binary is complied with SSE2 enabled? The AthlonXP doesn't have this but then i would have expected the WU to fail right away and not run till the end and then error out.
Yes it is. This was unintentional in this case, though I'm pretty sure AMD lists SSE2 as a requirement for OpenCL stuff, so I would have assumed true for CAL. I'm surprised by the combination of a GPU with doubles and a CPU without it. In this case it's another build system bug from when I tried to make it less horrible (I seem to have had a number of these sorts of problems). SSE2 is required for Nbody stuff, and a few times it's ended up infecting every separation build.

This should be fixed when I update it again (which hopefully will be next week some time). Right now I have a bunch of work I need to catch up on that I put off all last week putting out fires here, and things seem mostly OK right now for most people.

Thanks for looking into this Matt. Don't worry about fixtime. Fix it when you have time for it and i understand that it has not the highest priority since it's also a rather rare combination.
I will run something else in the card in the meantime.
