Hello, I have a number of listed jobs shown in Milkway web site that are not in my client job list, is there a problem?

I have had this problem. What you need to do is to select No new work for MW@Home, let all of your work units that you have on your computer finish, update the project to report the finished work units, and then reset the project. This will let the server know that the other work units failed. They will be listed as "Abandoned", and hopefully will be passed to someone who was able to download the N-Body application.

I don't know why BOINC is failing to report download errors for these bad work units because the executable for N-Body version 0.80 for 64-bit Windows apparently cannot be downloaded. It is just silently discarding those work units instead of reporting errors to the server.

If you have them in Boinc and they are not listed on MW site then just abort them. If they are on MW and not in Boinc just ignore them and they will timeout and get resent. It seems to happen on occasion.

How can you lose points? Nothing in Boinc is penalized. No tasks show looking at your pc.
