New to GPU, need advice on Max CPU

I wanted to set the project prefs for that, I see a question about max CPU%, no default percentage, what is the proper thing to do starting out? Where are you putting it on the webpage or in Boinc itself? Are you talking about this setting "Maximum CPU % for graphics 0 ... 100 "? If so just leave it blank.
