BOINC can't finish downloading 'stars' files

They're at 100% already, but they appear still downloading. I deleted them, I restarted MW project, I even deleted MW project and added it again. Nothing helped. I have a very similar problem (intermittently) on my Win7, BOINC 7.0.25 machine. "stars-xx.txt" files d/l to 100% then fail due to "transient HTTP error". They usually finish eventually.
