My machine is beavering away at this project, with, usually, two tasks running simultaneously, and it is reporting results, but the work done credit has not changed for months now! |

Yes every single on of your workunits is giving nothing but errors and not validating! Try upgrading to version 7.0.27 or stop using the app_info.xml file for a few units and see if that is the problem. |

Are you eventually still using the old optimized apps? Something like v0.2x or v0.1x or in general anything below v0.8x? If yes, than delete them together with the app_info file. Actually, since you are using only your CPU for Milkyway, delete the app_info anyway, there's no need for it on CPU-only hosts. The current application versions you can see on the applications page, once you have deleted the app_info, BOINC will download the one you need. As to BOINC version, I'm not sure I'd recommend v7, more something like 6.12.34, but for CPU-only crunching your 6.10.17 should be OK, I use 6.10.18 on my CPU-only hosts without any issues. |

You can't use the old applications that are floating around the internet |
