Try taking out the max_concurrent completely.

Actually, that is way old. Try deleting it completely.

I think there is a problem with number of CPU-s. I saw you have Celeron with only two cores. 3*0.993CPUs ~ 3. You now run on limits . . .Not enough CPU's cores to feed all graphics cards

Where was the app_config.xml file located on your system.

<app_config>
<app>
<name>milkyway</name>
<max_concurrent>6</max_concurrent>
<gpu_versions>
<gpu_usage>0.5</gpu_usage>
<cpu_usage>.04</cpu_usage>
</gpu_versions>
</app>
<app>
<name>milkyway_separation__modified_fit</name>
<max_concurrent>6</max_concurrent>
<gpu_versions>
<gpu_usage>0.5</gpu_usage>
<cpu_usage>.04</cpu_usage>
</gpu_versions>
</app>
</app_config>

This is what mine has and it works fine.

Remember to write/edit/save the file in Notepad (not Word), name it app_config.xml, place it in the Milky Way folder and restart Boinc.
