I tried to run some Milkyway work yesterday and got this message.

Your app_info.xml file doesn't have a usable version of Milkyway@Home Separation (Modified Fit).

Your app_info.xml file doesn't have a usable version of MilkyWay@Home N-Body Simulation

I'm sure it was something I did that messed things up and I was wondering if there was a fairly easy way to clear out the bad version and get a new one?

Just rename the app_info.xml file to app_info.kha and after a restart Boinc won't see it and MW will crunch just fine. IF you ALSO run other projects then you will need to add a line to your app_info.xml file for the workunits. You can see an example of one in this thread:
