I currently have the database using multiple threads and more memory on the server. I increased the connection limit on the database (Friday and Saturday last week, there were hundred of website across the US being targeted by DDOS attacks and I suspect that we caught some of that traffic.) I suspect that we will need to do a hardware upgrade to the server to increase the amount of RAM available for the database. I am going to be working on getting that done over the next week or two.
