What I said about "there goes the forum" was a light-hearted reference to the "Spaceballs" version of the sequence from "Planet of the Apes" where the head of the Statue of Liberty is found. The movie itself is rated a mere "PG", not even "PG-13". Sweden's rating lets 11 year-olds in to see it. Most other countries are 12, with the exception of Canada (probably due to proximity to us) which rates it 14A, which means under 14 accompanied by an adult.
