That problen with _3s_5 & 6_ WUs seems to have gone away

I should also note that it is running on an HD3870. The same software (drivers, ati app, catalyst version) runs fine on an HD4870 card so it isn't that it won't run on W2K3 x64.

I also tried setting the card to the minimum speed and memory settings to no avail.

All of my _3s_5 & 6_ work seems to be completing and crediting just fine.

FYI...Updating .NET from 2.0 to 3.5 took care of the problem.
