My screen freezes at random for 2-3 mins at a time. I tried detaching and I tried switching to the WHQL Driver. The wu's will run and complete in between the freezes. I have run the ATI app before with no errors. Could the new type of wu's be causing this? There looks to be a nice flow of wu's and I can't run them. D'oh. Win 7 64bit, ATI 4830, Milkyway_0.19f_ATI Win64, BOINC 6.6.36 64bit |

You might want to limit the number of WU's to n1 or n2 - Have you read the readme file that was supplied with the ATI app? There are some suggestions there you might want to try as well. . |

Do you have vpu recovery activated in the ccc? I'm not sure. Where is that setting located? |

In the catalyst control centre -> advanced view -> bottom (I think) menu item. |

I got it to work but I couldn't get it to play nice with other BOINC projects. I ended up moving the 4830 to an old retired Pent D comp for just Milkyway. Thanks for the help. |

Refresh rate 100 Hertz It refreshes 100x a second. Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected the expected? If it makes sense, DON'T do it. |

After switching to a comp with Vista 32bit and CC 9.1 it's working great. |
