1) Message boards : Number crunching : gpu task freezes on 25 50 75 % progress (Message 71507) Posted 14 Dec 2021 by PAK-FA Post: to check it i stop all projects also as defaul i use 85% of threads (amd epyc 7551p) -nothing changes may be cause in old gpu (radeon 6950 1gb) but when i began milky way on this pc , i didn't see so much pauses, and i face them when add 2 more 16gb ram sticks (64 gb in total now), also i try with 32gb- it didn't helps Couple years ago i see similar problem when on amd phenom tasks was without pauses, and on amd fx 8120 there was a similar problem with the one I'm experiencing now, but i didn't figure it out
