3) Questions and Answers : Unix/Linux : CPU TIME % and CPU LOAD % (Message 68762) Posted 20 May 2019 by Tommaso Viviani Post: Hello, im looking to setup those paramenters, because the load is jumping up and down, i want t put it stable, im amble to do it on windows setting up 100% of CPU time and for example 60% of CPU LOAD, but unable to find correct string to launch the work on my second machine Linux.. at the moment im running this command boinc --no_gpus --attach_project http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/ KEY_key now i try to leave it running, and setup from the web panel for example SCHOOL profile, and set there 100% of load time and 80% of load.... let see if is gonna change it on the machine... i think i need to wait a little bit to see effective change

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 v4 @ 2.20GHz [Family 6 Model 79 Stepping 1] (6 processors) after few days, let say a week, i earn approx 1.800 credits, i dont even know what are for those credits,, and if they are a lot or not... i dont think so. anyway im happy if doing that, im helping the research. im open to any kind of suggestions thank you
