You can set the project weight in each projects preferences. Default is 100. If you run 3 projects on your quadcore... set MW to 200 and the other two leave 100. Now MW uses 2 cores and the other two projects each one core.... If you change things like this... can take some time before it works correctly... give Boinc manager some time.

I run 5 project at once on my quad-core... so in 5 hours time every project runs 4 hours and wait one hour... i don't think this is inefficient ? The problem is, i love all this projects... and i MUST run them all :)

40) Message boards : Number crunching : Teamviewer & BOINC w GPU (Message 47124) Posted 7 Apr 2011 by Chris Skull Post: No issues, i use teamviewer host at the lonely machine, if you log on the machine the GPU wu stay going on normal. It's a very good software. You can also restart the system, Teamviewer host runs as windows service and starts up with windows.
