I believe we should all be celebrating now, after all this is what we are all here for, we have crunched all that was to be crunched, and we have delivered the results for the scientists. Now let's move onto new frontiers and hope RPI will give us more projects to research. Congratulations everyone!

Hi everyone, I am having a different problem with an ATI GPU. All Separations tasks fail with an SIGSEGV error. The details of the error and my machine can be found here https://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=421757752

Today 90% of my Separation tasks are validated, great stuff! Seems the issues are reaching their end, thank you Tom again for you hard work in keeping the crunching alive :)

And remember people, credit is secondary, what really counts is that we are helping scientists in their work to better understand our Galaxy!

Let Tom have the weekend off to not focus on the project. Its running fairly well at this time and I just got 100 tasks for my CPU so it may be the case that the buffer hasn't filled completely before everyone has drained it

Exactly. Thank you Tom for all your hard work in making the situation stable, have a great weekend and get some rest :)

Eight months later, it would be awesome to get at least some confirmation that our crunching is not in vain. Bumping the thread in hope that at some point the science page will be updated.
