Perhaps it is better not to see how bad is gtx560 for Milkyway@Home.
The good old 4850 is twice faster than your gtx560.
6950 is almost three times faster than 4850.
6990 is ....

You can try to disable gpu for specified project.
This should be done in cc_config.xml
