Other WUs are estimated in ELAP-Time much more, due to the fact, that the runtime is awful long, up to 80-120 or more hours in computing ELAP Time, I decided to abort all those longrunners. The downloaded files were wrong in size, the WUs were lost from all projects on all computers. After upgrading from 6.6.38 to 6.10.17 all systems and projects are running fine again.
