I got the mostly the same problem but it concernts only the stars.txt.

I got a volume2.txt in the project folder.
There is no mentioning of a volume.txt so it is either not needed or not even requested.

The other files were downloaded just fine.

(I currently only have a GPRS mobile connection so thats why it is so slow.)
