As I can afford it I'm equipping the 3 PCIe machines with 4850's and the next 2 fastest P4's with 3850 AGP cards. Then I'll shut all the rest down and sell them off. Simply no point in running 1.4 and 2.4 p4's on cpu only. I should end up with 5 pc's instead of 10 and 3 times my current RAC. And a lot less electric. Its alright for you millionaires with multiple i7's and 4870's, us mere mortals aren't in that league :-)) Yep, US mere Mortals, Uh huh, I'll be lucky to get a 2nd GTX295 sometime in Maybe 2010(after 3 months If I'm able do It, Just not right away), A price drop would be nice or maybe a used one If I can snag one then. CRAP!!! Look at the Rigs you folks are talking about, Most would be a dream box to Me. I gotta try to get 7 more years outta my clunkers!!!

OMG..2 weeks. I'm knackered already. I had no idea how much useless stuff I'd collected since being here. Sold a car load of stuff yesterday and will sell another car load next week. Sent 2 car loads off to storage, not to mention the many, many bin bags full I just threw in the trash... and the place still looks stuffed to the brim! who'd have thought you could fit so much in one tiny flat? Yep, know where you are coming from, as I've had 3 hand ops in the last 10 years. You never do know exactly how much use you will regain until about a month after. They can usually avoid any tendon damage but it depends upon the skill of the surgeon whether or not any nerves get severed. I've been lucky 3 times, I'm not chancing it a 4th! Actually I do have the marks of Zorro on both hands due to the particular incisions that they make when dealing with Dupuytren's. There was an actual reason for my response! THANKS Chris!!! Yer a standup Feller.;-} EDITSorry to hear about your Hand problems./EDIT I'll have to Google Dupuytren's After supper.
