You are in BOINC 6.6.36, and it's the reason :)

So they have "Mine's bigger than yours" competitions with scopes too?

Mine's not so big, a 70mm refractor, but it's computerized so that you can align the telescope to point you at whatever you want to see, and track it, compensating for the Earth's rotation.

I just love it when it slews to any star or planet etc. of my choice. It will even find the Milky Way on a good evening ;)

Now You didn't have to lose the Milky Way did Ya? ;)

Oh and I don't have any Telescope to be envious of.

Never mind those 'scopes that show you the specs of light in the night sky. I have a 500mm zoom lens for my camera which will show the color of the eyes of a blue tit half a mile away :P

My choices were limited to the toys of the day. ;-]

Hey Folks, I had an 8" Refractor Telescope at the time. I not only glimpsed the things several times going out but on clear nights you could see it pass the face of the Moon!!! :-b...

I was incorrect about me scope at the time it was a Reflector...My Refractor was a toy, sortta. ;-]

It says it's found the app_info.xml but not the executable referred by it. It then tries to download the executable from the server to no avail.

Extract the compressed file into the /boinc/data/projects/milkyway.cs.rpi.edu_milkyway/ directory.

GOT IT! Thanks much slicedbread. All seems well now if all goes well I'll do the others in the AM.

The Arizona Moon

Once upon a starry night a long long time ago
Wearing silly uniforms, A playing we would go
We found ourselves playing in the sand, Sand as light as snow
A friend jumped up and said, I'm a sneaking into town
Twas sometime later we heard the sound of that returning Jeep
He had returned from his short trip with cans of gleaming Ale
And there we sat, We drank it all laughing in the night
When suddenly we wondered...why there was so much light
Then all at once we all looked up, And saw there in the sky
The Arizona Moon so bright, Had shone upon our party

Ok, On NASA, I still don't really like the Shuttle all that much, Every launch is a throw of the Dice, 1st It was the Boosters O-rings failing in cold weather, then Foam impacting the shuttle making a hole for plasma to tear a wing off at. The Shuttle turns out to be quite limited and a bit dangerous as well, It has killed 14 people so far, If NASA is lucky the 3 remaining Shuttles won't take anymore to their graves, There are 7 more launches to go on the Shuttle, Before their retired for good. Oh and as to Russia, Their better today than they were back when they were under the Soviets.

Cargo Capacity(tons):
---------------------
Saturn V: 118.0
Shuttle: 24.5
Ares V: 188.0

This is VERY true. Many have learned much from the past.
And look at the Computing power we have now plus modern power sources.
