I will be going out of town for a week in a couple of weeks, and because of this, my family wants me to turn off the computer while we are gone. Is there anyway I can make BOINC finish my current workunits, but not request new ones?

I will be going out of town for a week in a couple of weeks, and because of this, my family wants me to turn off the computer while we are gone. Is there anyway I can make BOINC finish my current workunits, but not request new ones?

Yes, make certain that you are in advanced mode, select the projects tab, click on Milkyway@Home and then click on the button labeled "No New Tasks"

When you get back, reclick the button. It will say "Allow New Tasks"
