After a summer of intense development, we are ready to restart the nbody runs. We have updated the code and have(hopefully)working binaries for Linux 64bit, Linux 32bit and Mac 64bit. Over the upcoming weeks we will be posting binaries for the other platforms. Please let us know how the new code is running.

Thank you all!

All nbody tasks are completing with errors on the task tab.
But the log is showing them as completed.

8/17/2012 9:45:32 PM | Milkyway@Home | Starting task de_nbody_NEW_plum_EMD_1345244402_8815_0 using milkyway_nbody version 84 (mt) in slot 0
8/17/2012 9:45:35 PM | Milkyway@Home | Computation for task de_nbody_NEW_plum_EMD_1345244402_8815_0 finished

I am suspending new tasks until it is corrected.

Chuck

Most of my NBody runs are failing. I've changed my preferences to not run NBody applications. I'm still receiving failing NBody runs. Why?

The "de_nbody_NEW_plum_EMD......." units are failing. The other ones are completing OK

I have taken the current work units down while we sort out these issues.

As we wait for the new N-body tasks,

does the sub-project have an intended restart date ?
