It seems to be something to do with the OpenGL/OpenCL version. My understanding, from a programmer, is that 13.1 is buggy, and the best version is 12.8 (older version). As I understand things, AMD introduced a change with 13.1 on OpenCL and made no mention about it. This may be a possible answer to your issue?
