Hi, I am matszpk, author of nativeboinc. Do you wish to place my version of MilkyWay app on your server? Many users are crunching on official BOINC client for Android and doesn't have easy access to my app.
App binaries are available at: http://files.nativeboinc.org/boinc_apps/.

regards

Simply, suspend workunit, dump boinc directory and get debug_data.txt on the slot directory of a workunit. I dont need debug for a fully crunched workunit.

Ok. rename zip file to 'MilkyWay@Home.zip' or 'Milkyway@Home.zip'. One of the given names should be work. NativeBOINC searches binaries by project name or distribution project name.

ok. I prepared debug version: available at http://files.nativeboinc.org/debug/milkyway-debug-distrib.zip.
Anybody, who want to send me debug results (for debugging this app) can use this via NativeBOINC (update from SDCard) or as standalone application (running from terminal emulator or adb shell). This version creates 'debug_data.txt', which contains intermediate results (desired by me for debugging).

to Raistmer: I consider, that you problems (with milkyway) caused by hardware or
very strange OS incompatibility (I really dont know why). You can help me to investigate their reasons.

PS.: I am sorry for delayed answer. I am working on the SDCard installation feature (it needed testing, research :) )
Thanks.

Very likely, too many restarts caused incorrect results. Milkyway app doesnt save all work in the checkpoints (only part of precisions). This app uses the Kahan adding, which saves precision. Unfortunatelly it is not saved on the checkpoints.
But I can check again computations on the brother's smartphone to prove this thesis.
Thanks.

I have important message: I moved NativeBOINC to my new domain: nativeboinc.org.
New version of the NativeBOINC will be downloading binaries and news from files.nativeboinc.org. Currently I am preparing website for NativeBOINC.
New info at https://github.com/matszpk/native-boinc-for-android/wiki/News and fetched news by NativeBOINC.

Ok. primegrid 5.0 is broken (please lookup on the wiki news: https://github.com/matszpk/native-boinc-for-android/wiki/News), because had bug in the wrapper. Current version (5.1) handles properly unexpected app exits (for example kills by the system).

Ok. I checked original version on brother's smartphone (with ARMv6 VFP). Unfortunatelly I got good results (without NaN's). Do you can tell me what was you crunching workunit (series)? I crunched ps_separation_09_2s workunit. Please check project directory (milkyway) and please do not suspend/resume workunit (too often) when crunched (it impact on the final results). You can simply detach/attach project or reinstall NativeBOINC.

OK. In the tomorrow, I will be working on these issue. You can also reinstall BOINC (option in the Native client) or simply reinstall NativeBOINC. Seem, you have broken installation (I dont know why ???).

You can check whether you have installed binaries for these project (Installed binaries in the Native client). You can also found following message in the boinc logs:
This project doesnt support computers of type arm-android-linux-gnu.

When you find these message it mean, that you dont have binaries for MW. You can install binaries without detaching project by using 'Update binaries' option (also in Native client screen).

Ofcourse, finally you can install binaries via 'Updates from SDCard' option.
Probably, you have problems with client monitor (responsible for automatic binaries installation and client event handling).

Ok. Now new version available (with new option: run always when plugged). You can try to run in your hardware. Update boinc client and NativeBOINC. note for you: you can use option 'Save to SDCard' in Boinc logs screen (simply after pressing menu key). Dumping whole boinc directory is not necessary.

Ok. I can add new option in Local preferences: 'run always when plugged'. It should resolve your problems with buggy battery level.
I observed problems with autostarts at OS botting in the HTC Wildfire (old pure smartphone with slow CPU). I solved this problem by making second trial of the starting BOINC client (10 second after first trial). I can add next trial (if needed).
Await new version today.

Thank you Raistmer. Suspending/resuming mechanism should work properly when battery level will be proper. Probably, you have device with buggy (or incomplaint) battery level. I can prepare workaround for you device. Can you explain what accurately happen when you plug or unplug your device? Please write whether BOINC client can detect your battery (simply look at messages: should be written '[battery detect] I found directory ...').

PS: please update boinc client, I published new version (with fixes for resuming/suspending).

Ok. new version available. Autostart has been added. BOINC client prevents discharging when device is plugged by suspending when battery level is low. Sometime frequently suspends/resumes can be observed when battery level is close to low level.

Hi. This is my first post.
I published new project on GitHub https://github.com/matszpk/native-boinc-for-android. This is fully fledged native BOINC client for Android and Boinc manager based on AndroBOINC.
I prepared applications for MilkyWay@Home, Primegrid and Enigma@Home (Polish project). Warning this version can produce WRONG result and should be used for testing (I had REAL problems with MilkyWay application).

I really encourage to testing it.
