I have several hosts with HD4850 GPUs (OpenCL 1.0) that have been crunching continuously here for a long time without problems. Here is one that joined up back in May 2009.) true, but I could not get it to work(get a computation error) with windows 10, tried downloading the old driver too(13.4 cat. and would not work). windows 7, yes no issues |

Posted 1 Apr 2012 by Jimbo Post: currently i have 2 4670's but i am swapping those out with two 4850's so i will be able to run milky way. i chose the 4850's caz the wattage is lower than most of the others(110 watts each) the 4670 wattage is 70 each. i got a good deal.., is there a better card or is the 4850 a good choice? anyone? |
