GPU is running Cooler than normal_

Also, CPU usage seems to be lower. Are these work units less computationally intensive ? Anyone else notice this ? __ or, do I have something going haywire with my system? Never mind__ I think I found out why. __Normally I have a Weather Radar program running called Storm Predator. __When I loaded it back up__ it climbed back up 5 degrees.
