GPUz shows my 4890 cards are only 78% loaded.
I inserted the <cmdline>n4</cmdline> iside the app_info.xml file and got...48 errors :)
Better give up and let the default 3 WUs/GPU value?
Or what to do to get near the 100% GPU load?

Maybe a driver incompatibility of some kind.

Suggest you look at this thread really carefully if you havent:

and maybe

Try <cmdline>w0.9</cmdline> or <cmdline>w0.8</cmdline>.

You may also wish to try kernel frequency f20 or f10 in combination with the above wait factors.

Instructions and explanations are in readme.txt file included with ATI application download.

Leaving a CPU core free (or even two on i7) to support GPU processing will usually speed up task completion a bit.

If you load them up to 100%, watch the temps, your cards will probably be producing a lot of heat at full load on MilkyWay ATI.

Thank you for the hints!!

You are right,I see my GPUs are too hot,so maybe its better I will try these settings next with a cooler time.

Yes, it's a matter of trial and error to get the fastest processing speed without excessive heat on 4890s. On the current length tasks I'm using n1 w1.05 and if it is a hot day I downclock a bit and have a floor fan blowing into my open case. At night I put it back on 950 MHz without the fan. Memory is at 550MHz.

At least the tasks are all the same size now, when they were different sizes I was running around like a chook with its head cut off frequently adjusting f and w values to give the fastest speed for whichever length tasks were being issued the most.

Can you force the cards fan(s) to run faster with CCC (in overdrive settings) or there are a few third party apps you could try (I like CCC's fan control option since it speeds up on boot).

Some cards (like 4870x2's) would catch on fire if you didnt turn up the fan speed. (They'd really get a core temperature about 100 degrees C and freeze/crash/bsod.
