I need some HELP for optimize application

My CPU is Intel Q8200 and GPU is ATI 4830 1.I want to know, Can I use both CPU and GPU in MilkyWay? And use in the optimize application 2.In http://www.brilliantsite.com/milkyway/ I find zhe different GPU's optimize application. I only know use the version 0.19g.But what is "Win32_x87"?
