this machine R3600 has the ION cuda Platform.
I can run seti_cuda, collatz_cuda, but milkyway did not download the cuda app for this machine.
I run now astronomy_020_SSE3, but this is for cpu.
In my preferences I set both work for gpu and work for cpu.
Any hints to run the cuda app are welcome.

You will need to download & install the cuda app yourself. The only app automatically downloaded is the basic one for cpus.

If it makes sense, DON'T do it.

You cannot use your ION here since that GPU lacks double precision support.
That's why the app wasn't downloaded automatically and you should have seen a notice about that in your boinc managers message tab.

HI

I work with Nvidia GTX295 and all new work (large size) are invalid!
Have the latest nvidia driver and boinc 6.10.17

All my 295's are fine, mind you I am still using the 190.62 drivers as the 195 version caused me too many VDU crashes. I am also running BOINC 6.10.18 on Vista

I did "upgrade" one machine to Windows 7 with the 195 driver and could only get about 10 out of 48 WU's to complete, so bye bye "7".

Try uninstalling BOINC and reinstalling 6.10.19 and see if that makes a difference.

NOW i can´t reinstall boinc,
hav to many finished results for Collatz on this PC ;-)
and this projekt is down for give the credits ;-((((

Collatz is back up...

If you are having problems reporting to multiple projects it may be worth your while to reboot the system. Sometimes it gets confused, then BOINC gets confused and you have trouble with some of the projects...
