I've read about several server upgrades recently. So do we still need app_info.xml for ATI crunching? Or is the server now taking care of it natively?

Seeing as how the server is not detecting that I have a ATI GPU, I think we have to continue using the app_info for the time being.

Remember that the app_info also has advantages: we're able to modify the settings so that our GPUs will crunch 2 or 3 WUs at a time, not just 1. ;-) Lovely greetings, Cori

I've read about several server upgrades recently. So do we still need app_info.xml for ATI crunching? Or is the server now taking care of it natively? It's not done by the server quite yet. Anthony said he'd be working on it this week, so hopefully you'll see a news post about it soon.
