I think I finally fixed the problem with the user of the day not updating, as well as a few other scripts.

I assume by now you realize that it is still stuck.
Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected the expected?
If it makes sense, DON'T do it.

Should be fixed now. I think one of the last server updates reverted the change I had made to get it to work.

Seriously, why don't you disable/remove that "feature" completely ?
