I've a small problem for which I was so far unable to find a solution in the Q&As and other forum messages.

While the stats-page for milkyway@home shows my current statistics/credits correctly, the BOINC manager 6.10.18 for Windows Vista is not showing any of them at all, everything is at 0-level. It seems that I somewhere missed a step to activate something or so. Can you please give me some advice how to fix it? Thank you!

Maybe try restarting boinc, if that doesn't work, try rebooting computer, these are usually my first steps. You could wait til all tasks have been run(put MW on No New Tasks) and try resetting or detaching/re-attaching the project. Make sure to enter the proper e-mail address and password. If that doesn't work maybe a re-install of boinc, or an upgrade or downgrade available at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/?...

I found the solution for the problem. It seems the server is contacted only every 24 hours, even while the program is allowed to use the net whenever it needs to do so. After another 24 hours it is receiving the update on the stats. But one can speed up this whole proces by clicking on "Update" in the projects-tab.
