A reboot seams to have fix the problem, for now anyway.

I was getting stream buffer allocation errors. They spontaneously went away even without a reboot. Your problem is different:

"0, integration, Kernel Execution : Failed to create Program"

I assume that you are running the ATI Catalyst 9.3 or above?

See arkayn's website for GPU drivers for the HD58xx graphic card series.
Go away, I was asleep

I am using Catalyst 10.3
Maybe just an error related to my OC which I have lowered to 960 now, now it's working just fine.
Both Milkyway & Colats reacted in the same way but when I tried
to run Folding@home I got a message that the hardware was not supported
and the program did not started at all.
