I noticed this myself, didn't think I could crack a million for a day with my hardware, but did today.

from the looks of it, many/most/all should be pleasantly surprised by their day's tally.

It is expected if you have multiple 5800 series gpus. I hit over 2 millions/day.

yes, I think you might be onto something, so lets us pray that it an accurate clean up. I have a feeling I will think I crunched more when this is all done. ;)

Something is screwed, I can see no work completed on my account prior to today. The stats start from 00.01 9th November, anything for the 6th 7th or 8th has disappeared, just a few from earlier waiting for a wingman to report.

I'm now up to 1.2 million, before the day is out I'm gonna see about 1.5 million at this rate. Thats triple accounting! There will be a rectification before long, no such thing as a free lunch.

I was wondering why my HD3850 had suddenly shot up over the last 2 days to the normal stable maximum RAC. The increase line (BM Statistics tab) is still pointing quite steeply upwards.

Perhaps I should bring my long term DNETC dedicated HD4850 back here? The earnings are about the same!!
Go away, I was asleep

I have 4 x 3850 card machines I could go and switch on if I chose, but I simply can't be bothered. This is only Milkyway and it is only Boinc. This is a mere aberration that will pass.

Real people in the real world are much more important.

worthless? hmmmmm, maybe a more positive assessment: this is real people using real machines and real time to help real people and their real project better understand this real galaxy. this is as real as it gets? go for the grab! ;)

I'm looking at it like this. One day a week I help out at a disabled peoples day centre. I think my time and effort are well spent. Crunching for MW may well help mankind sometime in the future, but it is unlikely to help me or anybody I know in my lifetime.

In the meantime I agree, fill yer boots! :-)
